Reusable Empty Marker for Edge Finishing (Use with Dye/Burnishing Agent)
These empty markers are useful when finshing the edges of leather. Simply fill with dye, water, or diluted burnishing agent and run the nib (marker tip) along the edge of the leather (see attached demonstration).
Sizes: 8mm ($3.40) / 10mm ($3.75) / 16mm ($4.10) / 30mm ($6.25)
Instructions for use:
1. Pour a THIN liquid such as dye or water into the pen. NOTE: When we use these with a burnishing agent such as Tokonole, we have to dilute it with water first so it is thin enough to flow through the nib (marker tip).
2. These markers are designed with a pumping mechanism, so you will need to press the tip repeatedly against a flat surface several times until the liquid starts to flow through the nib.
3. Keep pumping the marker tip until the nib is fully saturated. When fully soaked, the marker is ready to use.
*PLEASE NOTE: These are not for suitable for edge painting!
